Privacy framework
Your information should have a clear purpose.
Launch draft for review. The final policy will identify the legal company, contact address, service providers, retention periods, and jurisdiction before public sales begin.
Information collected
The fit check collects the contact and business information a customer chooses to provide. Project pages can also hold messages, approvals, tasks, and uploaded business files.
How it is used
Information is used to evaluate fit, prepare proposals, build and maintain the customer's services, communicate about the project, provide support, secure the service, and meet legal obligations.
Customer records
The customer owns their customer data. Business Made Ready processes that data only to operate the agreed service and does not sell it.
Service providers
Hosting, email delivery, payment processing, phone or text services, analytics, and other approved providers may process limited information required for their function. The final policy will name the providers connected at launch.
Access and deletion
A customer may request access, correction, export, or deletion of information subject to legal and operational retention requirements. Final contact instructions will be added before launch.
Security
Project access uses private links, owner controls, encrypted transport, managed storage, and limited access. No online service can promise absolute security; incidents will be handled under the final response policy.
