Plain-language service framework
How the managed service works
Launch draft for review. Final terms will include the legal company name, jurisdiction, billing provider, support contacts, and counsel-approved language before public sales begin.
What the subscription provides
Your plan licenses the managed website and listed service features while the subscription is active. It can include hosting, maintenance, forms, workflows, updates, and support according to your written order.
What the customer owns
The customer keeps ownership of their domain, trademarks, uploaded logos and photos, business information, and customer data. The customer gives us permission to use those materials only as needed to deliver the service.
What Business Made Ready owns
Business Made Ready keeps ownership of its platform, reusable templates, components, design system, workflows, operating methods, and underlying code. The subscription grants the customer a limited right to use the finished managed site while payments are current.
Cancellation and transfer
Cancellation ends hosting and managed features at the end of the paid period. The customer can receive their original uploaded assets and an export of customer data in a common format. A static website export, rebuild, or migration may be available under a separate written buyout or migration quote.
Approvals and outside costs
Major changes, paid advertising, domains, phone or text usage, payment processing, third-party subscriptions, and custom work are shown before purchase. The customer approves the written scope, responsibilities, price, and recurring charges before paid work begins.
Acceptable projects
Standard plans are designed for owner-led service businesses. Large commerce, marketplaces, regulated systems, complex migrations, and enterprise requirements need separate discovery and may be referred to a specialist.
